At Flora Delights, each lollipop is handcrafted with care, ensuring the highest quality for every order. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, orders are typically shipped within 3-4 business days after being placed. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option you choose and usually take an additional 2-5 business days.

Once your package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier selected at checkout (USPS). While we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit, we recommend reaching out to USPS directly for assistance in such cases.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. However, if you’re interested in placing an international order, please reach out to us directly at info@floradelights.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Return policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products as food items, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us at info@floradelights.com within 15 calendar days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

For incorrect items, please include a detailed explanation and photos when reaching out. We’ll do our best to make it right, whether through a replacement or another suitable resolution.
